#1 - What if I am unhappy with the equipment you have delivered?

Should you be dissatisfied with the equipment you have pre-ordered, we will happily replace with an alternative item of the same value - subject to availability.

#2 - How long will it take to get a refund?

It takes us approximately two working days to process a credit back to your credit card and as futher 2-3 working days for it to appear on your statement.

#3 - Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Cancellation requests will be accepted up to the designated delivery time. Should you wish to cancel prior to this, please contact us by clicking here, stating your reference number and we will be happy to process the cancellation and provide a refund - where appropriate - minus a 10% administration charge. #4 - How will I collect my equipment?

You don’t, we will deliver to you. When you complete your order we will ask you to identify a drop off and collection point, this point can be changed up to 4 hours prior to the hire date by contacting us by clicking here. Delivery can only be made to addresses with the following area of Bangkok free of charge. Deliveries to other destinations in Thailand will incur a small handling charge of $25 per set per order. With a maximum charge of $75 per order.

#5 - If I want to extend the period of my equipment hire can I do it online?

No, we would be happy to extend the rental period - subject to availability. Please contact us by clicking here.

#6 - I am worried about giving out my credit card information, is system secure?

Our online payment gateway is provided by PayPal and is protected by the highest level of firewall security.

#7 - What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa and Mastercard via PayPal. Should you wish to clarify if your card is on our list of approved cards, contact us clicking here.

#8 - How much will it cost?

The cost of the equipment varies depending on the manufacturer type, the model type and also the duration of hire. We guarantee the quality of all our equipment.

#1 - Do you have an affiliate program?

#2 - I would like to advertise with setforehire.com, who should I contact?

#3 - Can I make bookings at your office or by telephone?

No, equipment hires can only be made online.

#4 - When is the latest I can hire equipment?

We will accept bookings at anytime, although we do advise to book early to avoid disappointment.

#5 - I have played golf in Thailand before and I can hire equipment from the course, why should I use your service?

Having played a large number of the courses in Thailand we are aware that equipment can be hired on a round by round basis. However we are also familiar with the quality of the equipment provided by courses. From our experience, equipment is usually well worn, old models and footwear can be extremely unhygienic. Also if you are thinking of playing a number of rounds at different courses, hiring equipment at each course can prove expensive. Our service offers the latest equipment for as long as you want so you can get used to it and get the most out of your game.

#6 - How often do you get new equipment into the setforehire locker room?

We enjoy very strong relationships with our manufacturers and so are regularly receiving new equipment, however we usually anticipate our equipment having a shelf life of around 6-12 months. We are very careful to replace any outdated or damaged equipment.

#7 - Can you book hotels or get discounted rooms?

No, unfortunately we are not a licensed travel agent, so we are unable to make hotel reservations. However we have a number of partner hotels offering special rates to our clients, these are listed in the hotels section of the various destinations pages. Let us know and we can issue a special booking code to get you the special setforehire deal.

#8 - Can you book tee times or get discount green fees?

No, we do not book tee times. However we often get special deals on green-fees. Setforehire members get first option on these deals, so if you want to get your hands on some great deals join us now.

#9 - Why do you only offer equipment hire services at one location?

We are continually looking for new locations both within Thailand and also across the rest of Asia.

#10 - What if I loose or damage my equipment?

Any loss of equipment will be incur a charge equivalent to the recommended retail price (RRP) of the item. Damage to equipment will be assessed by an independent authority and recommend a charge. Our team will inform the customer of all charges prior to debiting the amount from the credit card used to make the initial booking. Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

#12 - Do you have a telephone contact number?

No, however our customer service team is on hand to reply to queries during office hours. Our skype contact is : setforehire Bookings can only be made online.
